How to Login to USPS Liteblue Portal:

- Now enter your Employee ID and USPS Password then clicks on the “Log On” option.
To find your employee ID just look at the top of your earning statement. It’s the 8-digit number printed just above the words “Employee ID.” Your identification number is the letters “EIN”, then followed by your Employee ID (an example is: EIN12345678).
Your USPS Self Service Password (SSP Password) is used to access a variety of USPS self-service applications.
If you have not set up your SSP password in the Self Service Profile (SSP) application, you must do so, before you can log in to Liteblue.
How to Set Up an SSP Profile:
If you are a new USPS employee, then you need to set up an SSP password first, to access the LiteBlue system. USPS’s Self Service Profile or SSP is the online platform in which USPS associates manage their login credentials for all USPS Self Service web applications, like LiteBlue, PostalEASE, eIdeas, eOPF, and eReassign.
When you are hired by USPS, you will receive a letter with a temporary SSP password in the mail, after roughly 10-14 days.
The password in the letter is a temporary SSP password and cannot be used to log in to LiteBlue or other HR Self Service applications.
- First thing you need to do is visit ssp.usps.gov
- Enter your employee id and present password then click on the “SIGN IN” button.
- After login, you can change your temporary password to a permanent password. You can also change your contact email or security questions.
How to Reset Forgotten SSP Password:
Generally, if you forgot your SSP password, but have previously set up your Self Service Profile, you can regain access by logging into ssp.usps.gov.
- First thing you need to do is visit ssp.usps.gov
- Then you need to click on the “Enter SSP” button.
- On the next page click on the “Forgot Password” option.
- Enter your employee id and click on the “Verify Employee ID” button
After verification of your employee id, you can set the new password.

How to Reset Liteblue Password:
If you have forgotten the password of your Liteblue portal then you do not need to be frightened as you can easily reset the same by following the below process.
