Consumer Credit Counselling Service of Northeastern PA was founded by three businessmen from Scranton in 1978 and today it is one of the largest credit counselling agencies of Pennsylvania. It mainly deals with the debt management program of customers to help them pay their due debts on time and also manage their financial activities on a smoother track. CCCS of NEPA started off as a one-person operation in Scranton and later started providing its services in Wilkes-Barre. The company faced high customer demands and later opened a full-time branch in Wilkes-Barre along with 3 more employees in 1984. Later, branches were also opened in State College, Sunbury, Stroudsburg, Milford, Hazleton, Williamsport and Bloomsburg.
By gradually expanding their business, CCCS of NEPA now offers services in northeastern, western and central Pennsylvania. The agency’s trained counselors provide complete solutions to its customers for housing and credit counselling, bankruptcy education, debt management programs and repayment of debts, employer assistance programs and credit report review. These services are provided with either on-call, in person or through the online webpage.

Login Procedure

Click on this link www.cccsnepa.org to visit the official website of CCCS of NEPA.

Click on the “Payer Express” tab mentioned on the top right side of your PC screen followed by “Click here to go to the CCCS Payer Express” option highlighted in orange.

Enter your Login ID and Password and hit on “Login”.
If you have entered your details correctly then you will not face any difficulties while logging in and once done, you can access your account.
Retrieving your Account Details if Forgotten:

In case you have forgotten your Login ID, go to the account login section and hit the “Forgot Login ID” phrase.

Enter your CCCS client number and registered an E-Mail address and click on Send. You will receive your account details in your inbox.

For password, click on the “Password Help” phrase followed by entering your Login ID and E-Mail address.

Click on the “Send My Password” button highlighted in green and follow the further steps to retrieve your account.

Making Payments:
Payments can be done through this online platform and CCCS of NEPA charges a very minimum amount of $ 1.50 per transaction. Go to the login page and sign in to your account to make payments.
