• The residents of New York, Florida and Rhode Island are not eligible to participate.
• Winners will be decided based on the number of eligible entries received.
• If a person is 18 years old and wins the prize but is not of the majority age in his/her state then the prize will be issued in his/her parent’s name.
• One person can only win one prize.
• By participating, the users agree to abide by the rules of the Sponsors and the administrators as their decisions will be taken as final.
• Entries containing false information, incomplete, inaccurate, or defective will be considered as void.

• From your receipt enter the details Date, Time, and Entry ID.

 

 

• Click on the ‘Start’ button.
• Answer all your survey questions from your recent visit to the store.
• Rate your satisfaction on the following criteria.
• Ease of finding products.
• The number of opened checkout lanes.
• Cleanliness rate of the store.
• Employee coordination.
• In stock of the sale items.
• The scanning of the prices.
• You will be asked if you like to receive coupons and special information. Answer accordingly.
• Enter your necessary contact information if you want to participate in the sweepstakes.
• Submit your survey.

In case you don’t have a survey Entry ID on your receipt, then follow the steps below:

• Provide store number, date and time from your receipt.
• Then click on ‘Start’ button.

The winners will be notified via their contact number, mail or by post. In case the winners don’t respond an alternative winner will be selected.
